FIELD: oil extraction. SUBSTANCE: oil deposit development is exercised in two stages. On first stage steam is pumped in through pumping in boreholes drilled from mine workings, located over oil-bearing formation. Oil extraction is exercised through gently rising boreholes drilled from mine workings, located in lower part of oil formation. After main period of development is over, when exploited area is rising final stage, that is characterized by oil extraction amount decrease, steeply dipping and vertical additional boreholes are drilled from workings, located in lower part of oil formation. Part of them is pumped in with heat transporting medium, using the rest boreholes for oil extraction. Development of deposit area is continued until oil extraction becomes economically unprofitable. EFFECT: increased oil extraction from exhausting oil deposits. 2 cl
