FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: radiating panel is built up of equidistant concave plates 2 and 4 facing with their concave surface object to be heated. Headers 5 installed along side walls of panel have holes 6 uniformly arranged over its length. Parallel plates 7 are mounted on either side of holes over header length. Exhaust pipe 10 is placed vertically on upper surface of radiating panel in its center, over its entire length. Reflector 11 has slot 12 on upper surface to receive exhaust pipe.
