SUBSTANCE: device has scanning unit composed of optically coupled source of directed radiation beam, multiface mirror prism, receiving unit incorporating collimating bens and photodetector installed in its focal plane, unit extracting shading pulse, unit measuring length of shading pulse and unit measuring coordinate containing subtracter, retrieval and storage unit and voltage measurement unit. EFFECT: increased informativity of determination thanks to measurement of position of part in direction of optical axis of device.
