FIELD: conducting tests for strength. SUBSTANCE: test set has rack 3, pusher 4, drive 5 for motion of rack, drive 6 for motion of pusher, drive 11 for turn of rack, lever 15 with weight 10 and grips 7 and 8 for specimen 9. Axial displacement and turn of rack by pusher are converted to axial and bending loads by weight 10; torsional forces are created in case of change of orientation of weight 10 when rack is being turned by drive 11. Test set is used for testing the specimens of various materials. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities due to possibility of conducting tests at loading both by axial load with bending and additionally with torsion. 1 dwg
