FIELD: testing technology. SUBSTANCE: specimen 5 of material under test is held from below by roller supports 6 and 7; one end of specimen is secured in grip 4 mounted horizontally on member 2 which is turnable relative to horizontal axis perpendicular to axis of grip. Loading the specimen by bending is effected with the aid of weight 9 secured on free end of specimen by means of grip 10. Change in bending movement is achieved through cyclic motion of roller support along specimen by means of mechanism 8. Member 2 is turned with the aid of drive 3, thus raising the specimen with weight above roller support. As soon as the required height has been obtained, turnable member is separated from drive by means of device 11. Failing specimen collides with roller 7 of support. EFFECT: fatigue test of specimen at bending at application of impact loads. 1 dwg
