SUBSTANCE: device has grips 2 and 4 for specimen 3, coil 5 with autonomous sections, weights 7 and 9 in form of armatures, guide 6 with stops 10 and 11 and spring 8. Static loads are created by motion of weight 7 at changing over the sections of coil 5. Impact loads are created by motion of weight 9 to stops 10 and 11. Device is used for testing various materials and articles. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities due to possibility of conducting the tests both at static and impact loading and at simultaneous static and impact loads at independent adjustment of rates of impact and static loading. 1 dwg
