FIELD: automatic control. SUBSTANCE: pressure regulator has housing 1 with inlet chamber 2, outlet chamber 3, seat 4, control valve 5, servo drive with base 6, spring-loaded diaphragm 9 with rod 7, compensating separating diaphragm 11 between inlet chamber 2 and under-diaphragm space 8 accommodating lever 12. The latter engages with rod 7 and compensating extension spring 13. EFFECT: higher accuracy of maintenance of output pressure within wide range of gas flow owing to compensation for changes in force of servo drive setting spring at various flow rates. 2 dwg
