Lever 3 and bracket 7 are mounted on the side adjacent to fixed part 1 of the current supply member, so that the distance l from the rotation axis of lever 3 to the longitudinal axis of the passage for guiding melting electrode 2 and the distance L from the rotation axis of the lever to the center of gravity of the movable part of the current supply member are bound with a relation shown in the patent application.
