FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: disazopigments of acetoacetarylide or pyrazolone order were synthesized by coupling preliminary diazotized dianizidine (4,4-diamino-3,3-dimethoxydiphenyl) with a mixture of anilide and meta-xylidide of acetoacetic acid at their ratio (0.90-0.50):(0.10-0.5), respectively, at pH 7.0-7.5, possibly, in the presence of surface-active substance product of decyl or octadecyl alcohol hydroxyethylation at the hydroxyethylation degree 10-20 followed by heating at 90-95 C for 1 hr. Prepared pigments show clean orange color, high intensity and dispersivity which can be used in printing dyes. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 2 cl, 1 tbl
