FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves creation of elastic oscillation in front of idle stringers of the productive bed at the well bottom hole with direct circulation of fluid in the producing well, then the direction of circulation is reversed. The pressure of fluid in the near-bottom zone is maintained at a level higher than that in the productive bed at the well bottom hole. The device has a body consisting of cuttings of pipes joined together by means of couplings. At least one coupling is provided with a source of elastic oscillation. The vortex chamber of the source of oscillation is open to the inner spaces of the cuttings of pipes and to diffusers. The diffusers are located in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the body of the source of oscillation and on opposite sides of the vortex chamber. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 9 cl, 7 dwg
