SUBSTANCE: device has zero level detector, pulse counter, mode setter, digital filter, shift register, shift signal generator, memory unit, which data input is connected through digital filter to output of generator of signal of error detected by angle. Address input of memory unit is connected to output of pulse counter. Control input of memory unit is connected to output of mode setter, which first input is connected to output of generator of signal of error detected by angle, second input of mode setter is connected to output of zero level detector. Output of memory unit is connected to first input of shift register, which output is connected to third input of adder, and second input of shift register is connected through shift signal generator to output of speed setter. first and second inputs of pulse counter are connected correspondingly to outputs of pulse detector and zero level detector. Device can be used in high-precision systems for stabilization of rotation speed of electric motors. EFFECT: increased precision of stabilization of rotation speed. 3 dwg
