Device operates as follows. Binary variables X1 X6 are received by inputs in arbitrary order. Setting inputs receive tuning signals U1...U7 which values belong to set0, 1} A symmetric boolean function is generated at output. This function is determined by setting vector U = (U1, U2,..., U6).
