FIELD: reproduction of magnetic signals of sound frequency. SUBSTANCE: method involves reading a sound frequency signal by magnetic head from source, which is located in compact cassette positioned in cassette bin, amplification of resulted electric signal, its conversion to sound oscillations. Signal that was read is selected by corresponding detector, converted to electric signal by transducer. This signal is converted by inductor to alternating magnetic signal of sound frequency. Detector, self-feeding transducer and inductor are mounted in compact cassette. Inductor is engaged in magnetic connection with magnetic head without direct contact when compact cassette is located in cassette bin, so that alternating magnetic flow of sound frequency that is generated by inductor induces nominal electric signal in magnetic head. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 cl, 3 dwg
