FIELD: arrangement of automatic control of technological process in operations of charging and heating of charge with formation of signal for molten pig-iron pouring. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has sensor of current consumption of each type of used fuel, integrator of fuel total consumption, adder-calculator and in series connected timer, threshold members block and switching block. Information inputs of switching block are connected with control parameter generator, that determines consumption of conventional fuel in dependance on time parameter. The dependance is preliminary set, using process studies on particular aggregate. Output of integrator is connected with summing-up input of adder-calculator and output of switching block with input of subtraction EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination of moment of molten pig-iron pouring in open hearth furnace beginning. 2 dwg
