FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, for processes of blast furnace heat with action on parameters of blasting and coke. SUBSTANCE: trustworthiness and accuracy of control is exercised by combining of information from each sonde winch, that is in operational state of measurement. The information is coming to united device, that determines average speed of burden slip. Device for determination of blast furnace burden slip average speed has prod, that is moving along axis of blast furnace with the help of drive and its control circuit, that are combined by interblocks connections with turning angle sensor, averaging device with generator of time cycle of averaging, converter, register and control block. Circuit of sonde winch slip speed control is additionally provided with scaling units according to number of control prods, second averaging device and second converter with new interblocks connections.
