N outputs of phase selection unit are connected through priority selector to inputs of commutation control unit. Other N inputs of phase selection unit are connected to corresponding inputs of commutation control unit directly, additional output of priority selector is connected to additional input of commutation control unit, which N outputs are connected to control inputs of commutation unit. N information inputs of commutation unit are connected to outputs of delay unit. Output of commutation unit is connected to input of message end pulse generator. This output serves as output of device. Output of message end pulse generator is connected to setting inputs of phase selection unit, priority selector and commutation control unit.
