FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a housing, the distribution systems of the fluid medium, the systems of charging and discharging the granular material and a mixer. The new feature of the device lies in the fact that one face end of the housing is made as a cone. A torus is placed in it. Flexible bands are passed through the central hole of the torus encompassing it on both sides and fixed in the housing. A driving reversible drum is set up in the other face end of the housing.
