FIELD: construction work. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing blank in the form of ribbon roll; welding overlapped roll ends prior to heating and orientation of blank; orienting blank by effectuating longitudinal lengthening of ribbon through providing different rotational speeds of feeding and receiving rollers; applying adhesive layer, for example polymeric tape, onto inner surface of blank prior to cutting; cutting blank and welding edges of obtained blanks by simultaneous heating and compression. Adhesive layer is applied onto blank heated to 110-130 C. Composition based on ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is used as adhesive material. In the process of orientation, cooling, applying adhesive layer, cutting and welding collars obtained from blank are subjected to visual quality control.
