FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: semiautomatic device for induction annealing of end faces of cylindrical parts has base, loading trough, inductor, mechanism of transportation and rotation made in form of freely rotating rollers connected with power cylinder for vertical motion and installed at the end of loading troughs and rollers connected with rotary drive and located above freely rotating rollers, unloading troughs with rocking stop. Parts moving over loading troughs get on freely rotating rollers which rise to cut off from their flow and press the part to rotating roller. Part is heated in inductor. When freely rotating rollers lower, part is removed by stop and rolls along unloading troughs. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
