SUBSTANCE: device comprises a non-detachable casing accommodating a bushing with a thread-processing channel, a looming-up cutout and a blow channel opening into the thread-processing channel. The cross section of the thread-processing channel is made up of conjugated cylindrical and flat surfaces and is equal to 1.2-1.8 radius of the cylindrical surface. The axis of the blow channel lies in the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the thread-processing channel at an angle of 75-85 deg to its flat surface and the looming-up cutout is disposed in the plane passing through the axis of the cylindrical portion of the surface of the thread-processing channel at 45-55 deg to the longitudinal plane of symmetry.
