SUBSTANCE: claimed paint composition comprises (wt%): 8-27 poly(meth)acrylic acid or (meth)acrylic acid- alkyl(meth)acrylate copolymer; 2-15 polyethylene glycol having molecular weight of 200-400; 0.01-1.0 oxyethylated acids having $$$-alkyl and containing 5-10 oxyethyl group or oxyethylated alkylphenols having $$$-alkyl and containing 4-12 oxyethyl groups; 0.001-1.0 dye; and the solvent balance. (2-nd variant): paint composition comprises (wt%): 8-27 poly(meth)acrylic acid or (meth)acrylic acid-alkyl(meth)acrylate copolymer; 2-15 polyethylene glycol; 0.01-2.0 mixture of butyl phosphoric or oxyethylated alkylphosphoric acids salts having $$$ and $$$ alkyls and containing 4-9 oxyethyl groups; 0.001- 1.0 dye; and the solvent balance.
