FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: wind motor has vertical piping shaft 5, the top end of which is set in the bearing of spider 9 and bottom end is kinematically coupled with electric generator 13, piping concentric rims 6 provided with radial spokes 4 and arranged in rows, the ends of the spokes being secured to shaft 5 and periphery rims 6, blades 2, rings 25 enclosing shaft 5, ties 21, clamps 26, and mechanism 14 for automatic control of rotation angle of blades 2. Each blade 2 is flat, rectangular and has beveled bottom corner at the edge facing shaft 5. Blades 2 are pivotally connected to spokes 4 to define the space between shaft 5 and the beveled edge. Rings 25, coupled with mechanism 14 for control of angle of rotation of blades 2 through ties 21, are mounted in the spaces. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 4 dwg
