FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: debeaker has red hot knife 1 mounted on axle 2 for adjustment of its tilt angle by means of screw 3. On the adjustment side the cutting edge of the knife is beveled, and the bevel angle is not less than the maximum knife tilt angle. Rotating disk 4 with holes 5 round its circumference is mounted so that within the tilt adjustment angle the knife overlaps one of holes 5. Vat 6 for cooling liquid is located under disk 4, and moisture remover 7 and desk 8 hot the operators hands are mounted over the vat. EFFECT: higher efficiency; convenience in operation. 2 dwg
