FIELD: poultry farming. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has jaws mounted on two poles, which are positioned on base so that space between them may be adjusted. Upper jaw drive lever is mounted on poles. Jaws have springs for returning them to the initial position and bolts for adjusting space between upper and lower jaws. Upper jaw supports are movable in parallel with lower jaw supports. EFFECT: increased efficiency in removing poultry wings and simplified construction. 2 dwg
