FIELD: cleaning tap water. SUBSTANCE: device has vertical housing with covers, roll filtering member and coal filter arranged along the axis of the housing in series, pipe lines for supplying tap water provided with pinching unit and discharging cleaned water and concentrate. The device is provided with delivery member made up as a branch pipe mounted on the top cover of the housing and connected with pipe line for discharging cleaned water. The height of the member is chosen to provide hydrostatic head of 0.2-0.5 m. The cantilever for securing the pinching unit is mounted on the outer side of the housing of the top boundary of the roll filtering member. Longitudinal by-passing grooves are made in the inner side of the housing in the zone of the seal. The cross-section area of the grooves is 3-5% of the cross-section area of the passageways of the roll filtering member. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 1 dwg
