FIELD: arc welding equipment. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing two non-consumable electrodes with bent out working ends along an axis of a narrow dressing and upon welding performing rotary oscillations of a front electrode across the dressing with feeding of an additive wire and with simultaneous tracking of a length of an arc of the front electrode; setting a distance between axis of the electrodes according to conditions of creating and keeping a common welding bath; imparting a rotary motion to a rear electrode with a radius value of rotation of its working end in a range a= (0.3-0.5)r, where r- a rotation radius of the front electrode, mm. r ≥ bslit/ 2+ he.f.d., where bslit- a width of a necessary dressing, mm; he.f.d. fusion depth of the edge, mm. A rotation frequency of the rear electrode is being set as Vrotation= 0,8...1,5 c-1. The additive wire is being fed to a zone of an operation of the rear electrode, spaced by a distance, equal to p=a+d/2 + (1.5-2.0), where d a diameter of the additive wire, from its rotation axis. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of seams made by such method. 1 cl, 3 dwg
