FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: dispergator-mixer has a reservoir with a support in the upper part on which a reflector is mounted by means of an absorbing laying. The reflector is made in the form of a hollow torus with the inner horizontal incision symmetrical to the axial plane. In its lower part the torus is connected with a plate-like member. By means of vertical connections the plate-like member is connected with the emitting membrane having the magnetostrictive converter. The cover is made in the shape of the connected spherical sector with a torus-like shell. The rotor shaft is fastened in the cover by means of a bearing support. The driving shaft has a rotor on the face end. The rotor has a bushing with a horizontal plane on which corners are hard-mounted symmetrically. A built-up ring-shaped washer is fixed in the face cuttings of the vertical shelves. The washer is introduced through the inner horizontal cutting of the reflector with a gap between the lower vertical edge of the cutting and the surface of the horizontal plate of the rotor bushing.
