FIELD: construction material. SUBSTANCE: mixer-activator has vessel cover, bottom, charging and discharge pipes, shaft with disks, disk-shaped emitter, locking and distributing fittings. Mixer-activator is further provided with sleeve-type membrane having bottom, to which magnetostrictor is attached, and central conical concentrator, to which are secured plate-type emitters with convex sides turned upward. Plate-type emitters are disposed between disk-type emitters in spaced relation with respect to them, with disk-type emitters being in downward inclined position. Upper disk-type emitter is disposed in spaced relation between disks secured on shaft, with convex side of disks being oriented downward. Shaft has pulley and is mounted in thrust bearing connection of charging pipe and bearing connection disposed in the center of cover. Shaft has central and radial openings and is connected with charging pipe. EFFECT: simplified construction and wider operational capabilities. 1 dwg
