FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: shipboard manipulator has base 1 on which hydraulic cylinder 2 is mounted by means of hinge; hydraulic cylinder 2 is engageable with pivoted lever 3 which holds electric motor 4 driving microwinch 5 on whose drum rope 6 is wound; rope 6 is used for heaving in (hoisting) the mooring line 7 from shore trap 8 located at pier and carrying it to vessel 9. Mounted at end of manipulator lever is gripping device 10 for holding the mooring rope with ball end which is provided with release mechanism actuated by rope linkage 11 at the moment when lever is brought to extreme working position. Other end of rope linkage is secured on ship's hull. EFFECT: high productivity due to use of labour-saving devices in performing mooring jobs. 2 dwg
