FIELD: mooring system.

SUBSTANCE: equipment for mooring or repositioning ships, used by autonomous unmanned tugboats to carry out mooring operations of marine vehicles. The proposed mooring module (options) implements a mechanical principle for rigid coupling, which is an alternative to magnetic and vacuum mooring units. The gripping mooring module, consisting of two blocks, one of which is the gripping block, is installed on the movable mooring device of the tugboat, and the other, the receiving block, is mounted on the hull of the escorted vessel. Precise interaction and rigid block coupling are ensured by a conical part, a conical hole and L-shaped grippers. In the second embodiment of the device, the body is made in the form of a cube, which allows to vary the location of the L-shaped grips.

EFFECT: ensuring the safe and rapid performance of maritime maneuvers is achieved by implementing an unmanned method of performing maritime maneuvers that does not require the participation of people directly on board the vessels.
