SUBSTANCE: method for opencast mining of mineral deposits includes year-round thawing of grounds and maintaining them in thawed state, selective stripping and mining, mineral concentration, internal dump formation, and full recultivation carried out simultaneously in closed room, at the same level and in restricted zone of worked out space by means of mining complex. Mining complex consist of transparent and sealed covers protecting mining area from freezing and other climatic and atmospheric processes and production building accommodating stripping, mining, concentrating, dump formation and recultivating equipment mounted on common lifting-transport and dumping bridge moving by rail along object under development.
