FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: sealing member defined by fixed sealing sides of the flanges is received in the ring groove. The sealing member is made up as a ring having ring projections on the face sides, the projection being in contact with the sealing surfaces. One of the face surfaces is inclined to define a space converging to the axis of the device and to provide guaranty pressing of the sealing member to the face surfaces. The sealing member is made of a material of greater linear expansion than that of surfaces to be sealed. The sealing member is provided with the inner space connected with the space to be sealed. The locking member is positioned inside the inner space of the sealing member and fixed to one of the flanges. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 2 dwg
