FIELD: thermal treatment of materials. SUBSTANCE: installation comprises contrary-disposed accelerating pipes, a chamber where jets meet a wedge-like partition, pneumatic pipe, separator, mixing hopper with auger-type batcher in the form of a vertical cylinder connected to a recycled product delivery pipe and having inside a Blade shaft with drive and a spiral band, and auger feeders attached to the cylinder bottom. The installation also comprises a two-stage separator with additional batchers, combustion chamber, draught machines, and a scrubber. The accelerating pipes are fitted with guides. The design of the mixing hopper ensures production of a homogeneous mixture of moist and recycled materials in the entire volume of said hopper for higher operating stability. The provision of the wedge-like partition in the chamber where it meets said jets rules out pass-over of large particles into the contrary-directed flow which also promotes operating reliability and stability. Additional batchers connected with air transport of material to the combustion chamber rule out explosion hazard and promote reliability. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
