FIELD: small arms. SUBSTANCE: automatic handgun has a scope, housing/bolt, firing mechanism, magazine, movable barrel with return spring installed on it. One end of the spring rests on the scope. The second end of the scope rests on housing/bolt. When the bolt comes back the barrel and bolt are moved together being interlocked with a closer. As they moves further, wedge rests on scope projection and displaces rear part of the closer. Barrel hole unlocking occurs. Return spring is compressed as it rests. Forward motion starts under action of return spring due bolt release. Closer comes over the barrel, channel is locked and the bolt together with barrel are moved forward up to the rest on the barrel.
