SUBSTANCE: device has low-threshold fiber modeling unit 1, high- threshold fiber modeling unit 2, second threshold unit 6, second adder 7, C-neuron modeling unit 8, polarization signal generation unit 10, reverse polarization signal generation unit 9, integrator 4 having phase inverter, first adder 5, axon-to-axon synapse modeling unit 11. Control instruction is received by input of threshold communication channel. If signal level is low, first threshold unit for modeling low-threshold fiber starts operations and control signal is sent through first adder to second one and further through C-neuron modeling unit to output of model. This signal is also sent through negative feedback channel to unit for modeling an inverse polarization signal generation. Inhibiting field leads to stabilization. If amplitude of control instruction is increased, then first correcting mechanism starts its operations and decreases pulse amplitude. If amplitude of input signal is further increased, then inter-channel correction mechanism helps electric current correction one. Still further increase of input signal amplitude starts third correction mechanism, polarization one. EFFECT: increased reliability of neuron system for control of muscles. 8 dwg
