FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves application of transparent horizontal electrodes on transparent dielectric substrate, application of powder of direct current luminophore, which is mixed with binding and solvent. Vertical electrodes are applied on gas-tight polymer film, which is passable for molecules of solvent. Then it is applied over wet surface of luminophore. Luminophore is fixed and sealed during vacuum drying due to dissolving polymer film in luminophore binding. EFFECT: increased durability of screen, facilitated manufacturing. 1 tbl
