SUBSTANCE: electric luminophor with composition (Zn, Cd) (S, Se): Cu, Ya of orange-red glow color in binder with relation (3-5): 1 (first electroluminescent layer) is deposited on one side of substrate made of polyethyleneteraphthalate with clear shaped electrodes and electric luminophor ZnS(Cu, Al) of altering glow color in binder with relation (2-3): 1 (second electroluminescent layer is deposited on the other side of substrate. Composition based on butadiene-nitrile rubber is used as binder with further formation of adhesive protection layers and deposition of aluminium foil over it with titanium oxide coat on side of first electric luminescent layer as opaque electrode and film manufactured from polyethylenetherophthalate with clear current-conducting coat on side of second electric luminescent layer with further sealing on side of opaque electrode with composition based on synthetic latex which is copolymer of butylacrylate, styrene and metacryle acid.
