FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has wire feed mechanism, workpiece cutting mechanism, part bending mechanism and drive, which are kinematically connected one with the other. Wire feed mechanism has drive roller and spring- loaded driven roller. Workpiece cutting mechanism has fixed belt and movable lever knife. Part bending mechanism is made in the form of die with pressure plank and spring-loaded punch formed as rotary sector with stepped bending edges and single-armed lever mounted on carrier bracket through shaft, which is axially aligned with workpiece axis at the end of punch working stroke. Bending mechanism has bending members rotated by drive, which interacts through spring with bending member holders for displacement in axial direction and through bayonet for rotation of bending member holders. Rotary rolls for making loops at workpiece ends are mounted on bending member holders. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 9 dwg
