FIELD: operation of sea-going ships. SUBSTANCE: antifouling apparatus having lamp and magnetic device is also provided with pyramidal accumulator made of non-magnetic material; accumulator axis coincides with lamp axis; angle between faces is equal to 60 deg. Magnetic device of this apparatus has magnetic coils located on the outside on faces of pyramidal accumulator in triangle pattern; apparatus is provided with first and second generators with amplitude-phase modulation; output of magnetic coils is connected to input of first generator. Apparatus is provided with cross-shaped bracket secured in vertex of raster of pyramidal accumulator and toroid located on cross-shaped bracket whose axis coincides with axis of pyramidal accumulator and provided with six rubber rings which have three even and isolated windings whose output is connected to input of second generator.
