Fitted on shaft are bracket and turnable plate hinge-connected with bracket. One end of turnable plate engages with stop secured on lever. Lower part of filling branch pipe consists of two vertically split members. Part of filling branch pipe furthest from vacuum grip has horizontally reciprocating drive. Part of filling branch pipe nearest to vacuum grip is fixed and is provided with side turning walls hinge-connected to branch pipe part.
