SUBSTANCE: device comprises a gripping mechanism 1 consisting of lever units 2 and pneumatic minicylinders 3 connected in pairs by hinges equipped with fingers 4. The gripping mechanism 1 is mounted on the pneumatic cylinder 5 which is pivotally mounted on the frame 6 with the ability to pivot through the stem 7 connected to the rod of the pneumatic cylinder 8. In this case, when the rod of the pneumatic cylinder 8 is retracted the hinges with fingers 4 are located on the perimetre of the neck of the opened bag, and when it is pulled out - they are located in a row, and the bag neck is stretched in a line. On the loading pipe 17 the plate 19 is rigidly fixed, which is connected to the rod of the single-acting pneumatic cylinder 20, in which rod cavity the spring 21 is installed on the frame 6 under the loading pipe 17 the conveyor belt 16 is mounted, and the distance from its surface to the fingers 4 of the gripping mechanism 1 is less than the length of the filled bag.
