FIELD: hydraulic engineering construction. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic engineering construction comprises upper structure resting on shells with perforated walls 1 filled with coarse-grained material. Perforation apertures 4 are made all over the surface of each shell, and layers of filling coarse-grained material 5 are put in several tiers over height of the shell. Horizontal flat grids 7 are inserted between the tiers. All grids 7 are made of reinforcing steel with radial work reinforcement 8 and circular distributing reinforcement 9. In so doing apertures 4 in shell walls 1 are closed with grids 6 from inside. Overall cell size of the grid does not exceed size of the smallest fraction size of filling material 5 in the shells. Coarse-grained filling material 5 is proposed to be seeded with zoospore of brown algae preferentially laminaria. EFFECT: increased reliability of the hydraulic engineering construction, decreased materials consumption and labour. 4 cl, 4 dwg
