SUBSTANCE: enhanced break-away torque is achieved due to unsymmetrical location of guides of link relative to its axis of rotation owing to which angle between guides and axis of screw in extreme position is reduced. Availability of free strokes provides for easy start-off of rotor of jet engine and additional break-away torque on object of adjustment due to kinetic energy accumulated before taking up free strokes. Smooth contour of rotor arms and deflection of jet at skew nozzle exit section reduces aerodynamic drag. Spring-loaded support provides for absorption of kinetic energy accumulated by revolving parts for increase of break-away torque in opposite direction.
