SUBSTANCE: drive includes pneumatic control device, pneumatic jet engine, reduction gear, manual stand-by unit, unit for absorbing kinetic energy of movably parts of drive, working medium flow rate control unit, pneumomechanical unit for locking the jet engine and unit for limiting the time of delivery of working medium. Jet engine is provided with replaceable throttle valves; rotor of jet engine is made in form of bent tubes and is provided with replaceable nozzles. Manual stand-by unit includes double-sided jaw clutch connected with spring-loaded latch which is movably connected in its turn with stop made in body, one gear wheel of reduction gear and ON button for manual stand-by unit.
