FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: motion of device is effected by means of pneumatic drive. Set of pneumatic distributors consists of three pneumatic distributors with single-sided mechanical control; one, with one-sided pneumatic control and cock pneumatic distributor. Mechanism of stabilization of pitch of rate of motion has two guide rollers mounted on guide and two ropes. Transporting pneumatic cylinders are mounted between two frames; lower frame is secured on housing of lining machine. Mounted on upper frame is guide which holds bearing devices with blocks and leverage connected by rods of transporting pneumatic cylinders and with blocks (through hold-down pneumatic cylinders). At one end ropes are connected through rollers with tensioner of leverage of one of bearing device. One rope is provided with master cams engageable with rollers of control system throttles. Chambers of each transporting pneumatic cylinder are brought in communication through respective throttles. Hold-down pneumatic cylinders are single-acting with spring return. Chambers of all pneumatic cylinders are brought in communication. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 dwg
