FLOW LINE FOR LINING INTERNAL SURFACES OF PIPE-LINES Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2048928 C1

FIELD: pipe-lines. SUBSTANCE: flow line for lining internal surfaces of pipe-lines is provided with prime mover with gripper, safe-guard winch compressor, block of cassettes, mobile and stationary layers, device to control thickness of applied coat and to smooth it mounted on guiding boom and coupled on one side to prime mover connected through guiding device to cable of safe-guard winch and to hose to feed compressed air from compressor through stationary layer and on the other side through disc reflector to material feeding line of lining machine which is coupled through material with pump supplying solution and with hose to feed compressed air to compressor. In this case hose to feed compressed air and hose to feed lining material are positioned in mobile layer and safeguard winch, prime mover with gripper, mobile and stationary layers, pulling winch, solution pump, lining machine and device to control thickness of applied coat and to smooth it are connected to control system. Device to control thickness of applied coat and to smooth it is equipped with independent transmitting gear with encoder, radiation detector, inductive pickup mounted on guiding boom inside flexible elastic shell which contact surface is coupled with flat springs to mobile coil of inductive pickup. Mobile and immobile coils of inductive pickup, radiation detector are connected to encoder of independent transmitting gear which interacts with radio receiver of control system. Control system incorporates radio receiver with decoder, converter, comparator, integrator, threshold unit, holding relay, device to control drive of pulling winch, device to control drive of prime mover, device to control drive of solution pump, control desk of flow line. In this case radio receiver is linked to decoder which outputs are accordingly connected through converter to comparator coupled to device to control drive of pulling winch, over channel of radiation receiver to integrator and then to threshold unit which is linked to holding relay connected to device to control drive of prime mover, to device to control drive of pulling winch and to drive of gripper of prime mover, over channel of sensor of availability of solution to control desk of flow line coupled to integrator, threshold unit, device to control drive of prime mover, device to control drive of pulling winch and comparator, to safe-guard winch, device to control drive of solution pump coupled to this pump, to drive of lining head of lining machine, reverse gear coupled to drive of prime mover and jet sensor. EFFECT: improved quality of coat, improved operational convenience and reduced power consumption. 5 cl, 17 dwg
