PULLING GEAR TO MOVE CABLE ARTICLES Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: pulling gear has frame 1, mobile front 2 and rear 3 carriages coupled to mechanism of their closing-in manufactured in the form of lead screw 4 and nuts 5 and 6 positioned in carriages 2 and 3, system of pulling, bearing and guiding rollers and bearing crawler tracks with drive for their rotation. It also includes auxiliary body 8, springs, dial 14 to register compression force of cable article and restoring elements 7 and 9. Auxiliary body 8 is mounted on front carriage 2 for movement relative to axis of lead screw 4. Nut 6 of closing-in mechanism is located in auxiliary body 8 for turning with reference to it and is coupled to it by means of springs. One end of each spring is fixed in body 8 and the other one in nut 6 which carries dial 14. Nut 5 is put on rear carriage 3 for movement with regard to it along axis of lead screw 4. Restoring elements 7,9 are placed between auxiliary body 8 and front carriage 2, nut and rear carriage 3. EFFECT: broaching operations in process of manufacture of cable articles. 3 dwg
