FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: boot has upper part connected with sole composed of heel and toe portions positioned at an angle one with respect to the other on outer surface of sole. Thickened part formed along heel and toe joint line is uniformly decreased towards toe and heel. Triangular projection positioned on outer surface of heel part has apex shifted relative to thickened portion towards heel and base passing into arch supporter. Tenons are positioned on outer surface of triangular projection side between apex and bundle portion. Removable resilient rod is extending adjacent to heel part within triangular projection along the whole length of heel part. Resilient removable arched prestressed rods are positioned across toe part adjacent to thickened portion. U-shaped base is fixed on outer surface of toe part and cavity with resilient pad is made in its middle portion. Removable three-pronged tenons are attached on base, with tenon prongs being conical or herring-shaped and extending in various directions, with one prong being longer than other prongs and positioned below them. When attached on base, this prong extends outside. Tenon fastening axis is shifted inside. EFFECT: efficient repulsion from support at an angle with respect to support and increased growth of running speed of sprinter facilitated by energy accumulated by resilient rods, pad and running track. 2 cl, 4 dwg
