FIELD: furniture engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has external cylinder, internal cylinder connected with the chair seat and adjustment rod with ring-shaped thickening. The rod is engageable by its one end with relief valve mounted in internal cylinder plug and by its other end with control lever by means of ball and pusher having conic nest. The internal cylinder plug has flange inscribed into the external cylinder. The internal cylinder has path stop member made in form of a tube segment fixed on the plug flange.
