FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: syringe has a body and a hollow cylindrical nozzle, mutually connected with possibility of disconnection. A rod with ratchet dents is placed inside of the body. The rod is kinematically connected by a row of members with a rotary handle. A double-edged needle is secured to another end of the nozzle with the air of a mounting member, being in the form of a hollow sphere with a slot and a holder. The double-edged needle may change its position in a sector no more, than 180 degrees, providing metered injection of an anesthetic liquid by any desirable angle. EFFECT: improved design. 5 cl, 7 dwg
